Medical Robotics
Formerly BME Robotics
I was part of a few subteams before gravitating to a more general role. My first project was an introductory team that aimed to expose people to CAD and Arduinos, as well as supporting knowledge like soldering, and 3D printing. This team aimed to build a humanoid robot to aid preschool teachers.

My second team modified an elliptical to assist with paraplegic patient therapy. A motor attached to the elliptical drivetrain would use system feedback to slowly increase pedal resistance over time.

My final role in Medical Robotics was to teach team leads and other interested parties to use BME Design Shop resources, including the 2.5 axis TRAK Mill and various 3D printers. I also acquired resources and assisted other team leads with projects upon request.
